Rev. Rob Goodman, Rector

I have served at Holy Trinity Anglican Church since my ordination to the Diaconate in August 2013. My ministry at Holy Trinity continued with my ordination as a priest in 2016 and my installation as rector in 2018.

I’m a graduate of Texas A&M University and a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Medicine. I retired from the United States Army Veterinary Corps in 2016 and entered into ministry full time. I hold a graduate certificate in spiritual direction from Perkins Theological Seminary and a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary.

I enjoy the Anglican tradition of Sacramental worship and spirituality. My ministry interests include spiritual formation and spiritual direction, physical and spiritual wholeness, and the role of worship in daily life.

Rev. Ed Morgan, Rector Emeritus

clergy2-357x417I am the assisting priest at Holy Trinity Anglican Church. Our Priest is Jesus Christ. He is our Pastor. My role is to assist him. Father Rob and myself proclaim the Word of God every Sunday and serve at His Table.

Background: After high school I went into the U. S. Marine Corps for six years. They educated me in electronics. I married Julie, who was 17 at the time, and I have cherished every day with her for 52 years.

I graduated from Eden Theological Seminary in St. Louis. My professors were Jesuits, German Lutherans, and theologians of various renown. I have had parishes in Kansas and Texas, been chaplain for a Benedictine monastery in the Hill Country, served six years as a trauma and sexual assault chaplain at Methodist Healthcare in San Antonio, and served as house group pastor for 14 years and general flunky in other parishes.

The past several years at Holy Trinity Anglican Church have provided some of the greatest blessings of my ministry.

We enjoy the presence of God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit, who moves mightily in the midst of us. Come and see. Experience the mystery of God with us.
